How do I clean and care for my bag?
Most of our nylon bags are machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to preserve the integrity of the fabric and hardware. For specialty collections, spot cleaning with a damp cloth is advised.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
